I'm Ready To Move From Overwhelm To Action

What if you could...

  • Spot the early signs of overwhelm before it hijacks your whole day.
  • Reset and feel grounded, even when emotions get too big.
  • Break looming projects into bite-sized steps (and actually finish them).
  • Build momentum you can sustain, without burning out.

It’s not impossible.
It just takes the right kind of support.

Overwhelm is feedback.
It's your brain saying: "I need different supports."

We build those supports in Overwhelm to Action.

"I’ve been stuck in an overwhelm loop for so long with strategies that didn’t work. Overwhelm to Action provides tangible strategies I can actually use to move forward, even when I’m lost in a fog. I feel like a new person."

Let’s stop relying on systems not built for ADHD brains.

We’ve all tried stitching together tips from books, podcasts, and YouTube.

And the moment overwhelm hits? They fall apart. Because those strategies weren’t built for ADHD brains.

It’s time for a repeatable, ADHD-friendly framework that actually works when life feels too big. One that helps you:

  • Calm the chaos in the moment
  • Reset your system so you can move again
  • Take the next doable step forward without burning out.

What's Inside Overwhelm to Action?

You’ll learn a complete, ADHD-friendly framework that helps you get unstuck, prioritize what matters, and take focused, sustainable steps forward. Each module builds on the last, guiding you from mental chaos to calm, confident action.

  • Module 1: Awareness

    Understand What's Really Happening:
Learn why ADHD brains experience overwhelm so intensely and how to recognize it as a signal, not a personal failure. You’ll uncover your unique overwhelm patterns and finally see, “Oh, this isn’t me falling behind; this is my brain asking for support.”

  • Module 2: Regulation

Reset Your Brain & Body In The Moment:
Discover quick, science-backed reset strategies that help you calm big emotions fast. You’ll create your personalized Overwhelm Dashboard so you can ground yourself, reduce the spiral, and move forward with clarity—anytime, anywhere.

  • Module 3: Action

Clear the Noise and Take the Next Step:
Use ADHD-friendly tools like the PACE Reset and 5D Filter to cut through mental clutter, prioritize what matters, and break big projects into small, doable steps that you can actually complete.

  • Module 4: Momentum

Build Systems That Flex With You:
Design supports that move with your energy, focus, and season of life. No more rigid systems that collapse under pressure—you’ll create sustainable structures that keep you moving forward without burnout.

Overwhelm to Action has helped me move through blocks that have kept me stuck for so long. It has been so hard to know what to do first when everything feels like priority #1. This course helped me understand actions I can take to get unstuck and how to move through what I was procrastinating on.

Let's do this!

Hey, I'm Paula.

ADHD coach, podcast host, and your guide to moving from overwhelm to sustainable action.

The truth is, I’m no stranger to overwhelm. It felt like a constant (and very unwelcome) companion through much of my adult life.

Before becoming a coach, I was a scattered professor buried under endless to-do lists, anxiety-fueled deadlines, and a whole lot of “just try harder.”

I spent years chasing every planner, app, and productivity hack I could find, convinced that if I pushed a little more, I could finally get ahead.

(Spoiler alert: “working harder” wasn’t the solution. The overwhelm cycle kept repeating.)

Everything shifted in 2016, when I was diagnosed with ADHD. Suddenly, the struggles I’d carried as personal failures finally made sense.

With the right supports, I learned how to work with my ADHD, uncover my strengths, and build systems that actually help my brain.

Now, in Overwhelm to Action, I teach fellow ADHD brains how to do the same:
✨ Calm the chaos
✨ Navigate big emotions
✨ Create sustainable progress on what matters

Because here’s the truth:
✨ Overwhelm isn’t a personal failure.
✨ You don’t need to “just try harder.”
✨ You need strategies built for your brain.

That's what this course is all about.
