Can you believe that we’ve reached September?!

Where did the time go?

In this week’s podcast, we are talking about all-things-habits.

Now, this episode was inspired by a quick challenge that I shared a few weeks ago on my Instagram stories.

Anyway, over on Instagram, I challenged everyone to establish one small habit that they could do in 5 minutes or less.

What’s more, they had to commit to that habit every day for 7 days.

Now it’s true, the act itself might seem small.

Nevertheless, the sheer practice of repetition, as well as your commitment to yourself, has an incredibly powerful impact on helping you reach your goals and strengthen your willpower.

So with that in mind, I thought we would use today’s podcast to dive further into all things habits.

  1. This is great! We are in the process of trying to create some necessary new habits around here, it’s not easy with a big family but it’s so important!

  2. I think that we all get sucked into life, and start to let it lead us instead of learning how to embrace new strategies that will help us be more productive.
