    1. I hear you, Cynthia. That’s an easy thing to do. I challenge myself to make a decision and move forward like it was the best decision no matter what.

  1. 35,000 that seems crazy! I didnt feel fatigue about it until I read that! I think it is hard being a mom though because I have to make decisions for the entire family daily…. especially the kids. It is never ending!

  2. The constant decision making can be exhausting! I definitely can get to the point to where I feel completely paralyzed with indecision just because I can’t think anymore.

  3. I go back and forth a lot when I’m making a decision. And then after I’ve made the decision, I second-guess myself. This sounds like it could be really helpful to me.

  4. I am one that usually does make snap decisions but sometimes I come to regret those decisions later. I wish I didn’t do this!

  5. I’m absolutely terrible at decision making so off to have a listen to the podcast right now. I hope it helps 🙂

  8. I completely agree that too many decisions aren’t healthy or good. It’s much easier when there’s only one or two things to decide.

  9. What a great topic to elaborate on! It can be hard to make big decisions, but once they are made, it’s best when they are made with the utmost confidence.

  10. Cannot wait to listen to this podcast! You always have the best advice when it comes to not second guess myself and this looks like another great one.
