Hello, you busy-awesome friends!
I hope your week is off to a great start.
In today’s podcast, we are diving into the important topic of decision making, which is something you incredible listeners ask me about quite often.
You see, we all face the challenge of constant decision making.
In fact, we make about 35,000 remotely conscious decisions each day, with over 225 decisions being about food alone.
Seriously β thatβs a lot of decisions.
And I donβt know about you, but with all of those decisions adding up throughout the day, the very real factor of decision fatigue starts sinking in.
Seriously, just consider all of the decisions you’ve made before beginning your workday today. The number is staggering.
So what can we do about this?
How can we start making decisions easier and avoid decision fatigue?
Well, thatβs exactly what weβre going to talk about today.
